Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Hilbert property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Free, no-obligation estimates · 24/7 dispatch
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Hilbert technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Hilbert homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Hilbert calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Hilbert basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Hilbert crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Hilbert foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Hilbert schedule.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Hilbert basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Hilbert foundation cracks with hydraulic cement injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Hilbert jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Hilbert customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
Plenty of companies advertise Basement Waterproofing in Hilbert — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
Our crews stage locally near Hilbert, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Hilbert customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Hilbert contract we sign.
